Elbphilharmonie | video wall content
This work has been commissioned by the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. The video is accurately composed for the LED-wall at the ground floor entrance.
The appearance incorporates the overall design concept of the Elbphilharmonie. In particular its comprehensive architecture and its maritime location. The basic idea was to recreate an architectural remix of the Elbphilharmonie’s interior. New converted space is been formed, by using its textures and geometric formula. Naturally the third conceptual origin is music. She is been translated into the streaming motion of abstract stalks. They all sway simultaneously, through the pulse of an invisible conductor. Much like sea weed in a heaving ocean.
